Kinda just came up with this as I went so I made all the mistakes for you. I am sure yours will look better than mine!
THINGS YOU NEED:
THINGS YOU NEED:
1. Streamer cost less than $2 and I only used one roll so depends on the size of the wall you're covering.
2. Scissors
3. Some tape $3 tops! or tumb tacs you can use either or both. I only used tape on either end of the streamer piece and in some places used the push pins (tumb tacs) for better grip and you can use more tape than just the ends *note some tape will damage wall paint so be smart about what you buy.

Start by putting the streamer in one direction and spacing out evenly. Do the same for the other direction. I do the fajita tape thing where you make the sticky side of the tape into a fajita and then stick it to one end of the streamer and pull it gently to the other end of the wall then put tape on the wall itself where i want it to stop and put the streamer on the tape. I cut afterwards with a good pair of scissors. Make sure you cut carefully.
AND....You're done! yeah only takes about 30 minutes depending on how you and the streamer get along. Im going to eventually put a full length mirror on this wall So I wanted the wall to look a little more chic.
